Terms of sale
Short version — you are buying a printable PDF for your own household, it is emailed to you right after payment, and you can have your money back within fourteen days for any reason.
Who you are buying from
Papers in Order is a website operated by Sales Industries LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 800 SE 4th Ave, Ste 711, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA. Questions and refund requests go to hello@papersinorder.com.
What you are buying
A digital product: a PDF of printable pages, sized for US Letter paper, delivered as a file. Nothing is shipped. No physical binder, no printed copy, no account, no subscription — one payment, one file.
The pages are blank templates for organizing household paperwork. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and they are not legal forms. Where a page states a rule, it names the agency the rule comes from; agencies change their rules, and it is on you to check anything that matters before acting on it. See the disclaimer.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe, which processes the card and takes the payment details directly. We never see or store your card number. Your statement will show PAPERSINORDER.COM. Prices are in US dollars.
Delivery
After payment, a download link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a minute. The link works for thirty days and can be used more than once. If the email does not arrive, write to hello@papersinorder.com from the address you paid with and the file will be sent by hand.
Treat the link as private — anyone who has it can download the file.
Refunds
Fourteen days, any reason, no questions. Write to hello@papersinorder.com and say you want a refund. It goes back to the card you paid with, and it takes however long your bank takes — usually a few business days. You do not have to explain, return anything, or delete the file first.
After fourteen days, write anyway. If something is wrong with the product, it gets fixed or refunded.
What you may do with the files
Print as many copies as you like, for your own household and for family you are helping — a parent, a sibling, your own children. Fill them in, photocopy them, hand them to a doctor or a lawyer.
What is not allowed: reselling the file or the printed pages, giving the PDF away, posting it anywhere public, or including it in another product. One household, one purchase.
Things that can change
Prices, contents and the pages on this site can change at any time. What you bought stays what you bought — a later edition does not take anything away from the file you already have.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
